Guangxi Jingui Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd., located within Qinzhou Coastal Economical Development Zone in the Zhuang Autonomous Region of Guangxi, was founded in December 2003 with an area of 6.4 square kilometers. There are two production lines: one for an annual production of 300,000 tons of bleaching chemical thermo mechanical pulp (BCTMP) and the other for an annual production of 600,000 tons of high-grade paperboard, as planned for the first phase of the project. With 2 million mu plantation forests spanning 2 million mu and a total investment of RMB9.464 billion, the company is the 14th pulp & paper making enterprise invested by Sinar Mas Group APP in China. It will support APPs implementation of forest-pulp-paper integration in China.
Upon completion, Guangxi Jingui Pulp & Paper will be one of the worlds largest forest-pulp-paper production bases and strive to become APPs base for paper packaging of liquids.
