| Introduction of Advanced Management System |

| To realize the scientific management of enterprise, APP has invested a great deal in hardware and software and has established systems for various requirements (including environmental protection) by introducing international advanced management system. APP plans to complete related certification work to gradually establish three major systems of ISO 9000 series of quality management, ISO 14001 environment management and OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management for all its units in China. The improvement of systems and the establishment of a supervision system ensure that ific requirements which include environmental protection and resource application functions will be carried out seriously. |
