This position reports to the Head of Marketing Development
Basic Function
• To lead and manage APP's new establishment in ASEAN
(excluding Indonesia)
Job Description/Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare comprehensive business plans, supported by sound
strategies
• Report on sales realization vs. sales target, with related action
plan on monthly basis
• Manage overall related organization, e.g. sales, admin, marketing,
HR, finance, etc.
• Liable for managing working relationships with related external
parties, e.g. Key Account, distributors, stock lists
• Work closely with the marketing department for any marketing
activities (BTL and ATL)
• Control all Sales and Admin activities
• Be the window of communication amount several parties, e.g.
mills, sales office, etc.
• Be responsible to carry on any ial projects, e.g. Franchise,
Locon, etc.
• Be counted on for achieving required ROI
• Responsible for achieving overall sales targets, e.g. volume, sales
value, price, market share and retive EBITDA
• Prepare comprehensive business plans, breakdown the plans into
short and long run strategies
Desired Experience
The successful candidate for this position will have:
• A minimum of 5-10 years experience in Sales and Marketing
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
